  • Respond to requests for approvals, feedback, or materials within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Ensure they have legal rights to any content, images, or data provided to Seth Matrix.

Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and do not make the client eligible for refunds.

3. Payments & Billing

  • All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule (upfront, milestone-based, or monthly).
  • Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.
  • Fees are non-refundable, except as stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available on our website. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, strategies, designs, and content created by Seth Matrix remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purposes.
  • Seth Matrix reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project, unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

Seth Matrix may use third-party tools, platforms, or services (e.g., Google, Meta, hosting providers). We are not responsible for:

  • Changes in policies or pricing of third-party platforms
  • Account suspensions or penalties imposed by third parties
  • Service interruptions caused by external providers

8. Performance Disclaimer

While we aim to deliver the best possible results, Seth Matrix does not guarantee specific outcomes (such as rankings, leads, sales, or revenue), as digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Seth Matrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

  • Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress work unless required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Punjab, India.

12. Changes to Terms

Seth Matrix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
